Eat the Rainbow Challenge
Introducing “Eat the Rainbow” – a three-week nutrition challenge that aims to educate and inspire you about the variety and benefits of fruits and vegetables. Get ready to embark on a colorful journey of culinary exploration while nourishing your body!
This challenge takes place in our private Board30 Facebook group. But you’ll also get emails so don’t worry if you’re not on Facebook. Each week, we’ll focus on a specific color group, highlighting fruits and vegetables that fall into that category. You’ll receive recipes tailored to the color theme, allowing you to experiment and create delicious meals.
Alongside the recipes, we’ll provide information on the importance of incorporating fruits and vegetables into a balanced diet. You’ll learn about the various vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and other beneficial compounds present in these colorful plant-based foods.
You’ll then have the opportunity to share your pictures for the chance to win prizes!
