Join Brandon for a hands-on session focused on form fundamentals — how to move with better mechanics, dial in your alignment, and use the resistance bands to maximize strength in every workout.

Whether you’re brand new or a long-time member, you’ll walk away with tools to:

-Prevent injury and improve recovery
