WELCOME TO THE STUDIO
Please sign up for classes online through our website (board30abq.com) or through the Momence app.
Upon arrival, please check yourself in at kiosk on the Front Desk. Please see an instructor if there is a problem.
Please help us keep our studio clean and only enter the studio with bare feet, grip socks or indoor fitness shoes. No street shoes permitted.
Only water allowed in the studio.
MEMBERSHIP POLICY:
All memberships auto renew unless canceled and members must provide 30 days' notice for canceling. Annual members may only cancel before the end of their twelve-month term with a doctor’s letter or proof of relocation more than ten miles away. Annual members canceling for any other reason are responsible for 50% of the remaining contract (up to $417).
Class passes are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All class passes have a set expiration date, depending on type of pass.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel within 2 hours of the class or don't show up, a $10 fee will be automatically charged for unlimited members and a class deduction for others.
If a class is full, join the waitlist, and if a spot opens up, we'll let you know and add you up to 60 minutes before the class starts.
If there's an opening within one hour, anyone can take it.
For private Board30 classes please respect our 24-hour cancellation policy.
FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES:
You must be accompanied by a certified trainer to use the Board30 equipment. Thank you for your understanding.
