Our small group personal training bridges the gap between traditional group fitness and one-on-one coaching while keeping the community you love.
Private Board30 Session
This is a one-on-one version of our Board30 class.
It’s a great option if you:
- Feel intimidated by the class setting
- Want to learn the format before joining group classes
- Need extra attention coming back from an injury
- Prefer a slower, more supported introduction
You’ll move through a Board30 workout with a coach guiding you every step of the way, helping you build confidence and feel comfortable.
Private Personal Training
This option is designed for focused strength training, similar to our small group personal training but in a fully one-on-one setting.
It’s a good fit if you:
- Want a program personalized to your goals
- Are focused on building strength with heavier weights
- Need detailed coaching on form and progression
- Prefer complete individual attention
Your coach will guide you through a structured, strength-focused session tailored specifically to you.
